Day 11&12, Days 11&12 - September 29/30: Family Weekend

All students and teachers spent the family weekend individually with their host families. While many got to know the natural beauty in and around Burlington, such as Lake Champlain or Mount Mansfield, the Canadian metropolis Montreal was the main attraction nearby, where you could experience French flair and a lively harbor. Activities such as mountain biking, boating, or cable car rides in the mountains were also attractive, especially on Saturday when the weather was perfect.

During family weekend, the students and their chaperones spent time with their host families and experienced various activities. Some explored picturesque sights like Lake Champlain or Mt Mansfield, while others visited Montreal in Quebec, Canada. On Saturday, when the weather was nice, some of them went biking, boating, or even took a cable car to explore the surroundings.
