Affordable accommodation in Norway?

Slightly more expensive than Denmark, but hostels are also available in Norway, here they are called "Vandrerhjem". Prices vary greatly, sometimes even at hotel level, towels, bed linen, and breakfast are usually not included in the price, always ask beforehand what is included in the price.

In larger villages (cities), larger hotels also offer such accommodation, but they are located near a hostel. Shower and toilet in the corridor. Prices here are often between 70-90€ for accommodation only.

Campgrounds also offer affordable accommodation in simple wooden cabins, these are also without bed linen/towels and breakfast. Simple sanitary facilities are available on the site. It's hardly possible to find accommodation under 600 Kroner (60€)...

Hotel accommodation with breakfast starts at over 100€ ... and there aren't many hotels along the way.
