Today was not a sea day, but I made it a relaxing day. I boarded the tender boat at around 10:00 a.m. and had myself dropped off in the harbor.
The place looks well-kept and is typically Italian with its steep streets. I didn't find any interesting sights, just boutiques, souvenir shops and expensive restaurants. I gathered from the restaurant reviews that they are often not worth the money. So after a two-hour tour I went back to the ship and ate there.
In the afternoon I dressed up because it was formal night. First I listened to the String Reverie Trio again until it was time for dinner: snails, then lobster. I still love all of that.
In the evening, the magician Nicola Previti annoyed me because he was doing tricks right in front of me without me noticing. He made a table float and fly over the stage so that it was almost in the air above me. But I couldn't see any ropes. How does he do that?
