Relaxation and recovery set in. Last day in Gdansk. Only tourist agenda: Visit to the European Solidarity Centre. An exhibition that I find well done, but, to quote Katja, I would not recommend the exhibition to a German. Practically only the German atrocities are depicted. Of course, there are countless of them and I do not want to deny or whitewash anything here. Nevertheless, one doesn't feel comfortable when it is so concentratedly presented.
Architecturally located on the periphery of the Gdansk Old Town.
The gentrification of Gdansk is apparently progressing rapidly.
After the rather difficult visit to the museum, we ate excellent food directly at the old port. There was salmon tartare and prawns. Although they were not photographed, they should not go unmentioned.
So strengthened, we rode 'home' with our bikes.
Sundowner actually in the sun.
