My mattress broke last night, so I basically slept on the floor. However, I was so tired that it didn't really matter. Parked the car at the marina in Airlie Beach for $21 for two days. Eventually, we got on the boat. Breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, we were allowed to spend time at Whitehaven Beach. We had to wear wetsuits because of the manta rays. Actually, we also saw many near the beach.

After lunch and even before that on the boat, I didn't feel very well. Was it the sun? Or the rocking of the boat? Probably a combination. Anyway, I went to bed at 8 PM and fell asleep immediately.

The thin mattress was not good for my back. After 10 hours of sleep, I felt better again. We snorkeled at different locations, saw turtles twice. Had burgers for lunch.

On the way back, my discomfort returned. I read a book about a German who traveled the world with €50 and did a lot of sailing. Of course, while reading, you might get a bit envious, but now I know that a long time at sea is not something for me. Relieved to be back on land and charging our devices at the next city's Mc Donald's. Quickly did some shopping and arrived at the campsite, this time it was already 10:30 PM.
