8.8.22 - San Angelo

I arrived in Dallas and San Angelo. The airport in Dallas is huge. My cousin picked me up after the late flight to San Angelo. Now I'm staying with her family. Everything is a bit bigger here. It's permanently 38-40 degrees during the day. Jet lag is not too bad. I just slept for a good 6 hours.

Today was very hot, almost 40 degrees. In the sun, it feels like being grilled. It hasn't rained here since last October. After telling a lot at home, I went to Target, Wallmart, and Sam's Club with the family. Those are huge stores here.

In the evening, my cousin came as well. We talked a lot and I was very well cooked for. Of course, there were steaks with potato salad and broccoli. Very delicious.
