Day 14: Outlet Grove City and Odis 12

Okay, enough hanging around and vacationing yesterday and the day before. Today we wanted to make a few kilometers and see something.

Whoever came up with the idea of choosing an outlet center as a destination can no longer be determined in retrospect...

We left for the Outlet Grove City, which is about 70 miles away, just before 10:00. Unlike Erie, you should be able to buy clothes really well here.

130 stores... and no one there.

When we arrived there shortly after 11:00, we were more or less alone. Apart from a maximum of 25 others who "populated" the stores with us.

Let me put it this way: Yes, you can go to an outlet here. But you can also leave it. My next outlet visit will take me back to Roermond.

The whole thing here is full of the usual suspects from the sports scene... Adidas, Nike, Under Armour and Co.

Even worse is the outdoor area. In my opinion, there is a lot for the dropout in his log cabin in the North American wilderness. Since I'm not so into lumberjack shirts and survival equipment, I was definitely out of place here. Uh... not just me, I just realized. My accompanying husband couldn't find anything either.

Somehow a really depressing place that we left after two and a half hours.

On the way back, we overtook an Aldi truck. That made us feel better...

In the evening we finally went to the other store our son always talks about to eat.

Odis 12 Sports Bar & Grill

If you're into super delicious chicken wings and sports on all screens, this is definitely the right place. The whole place was packed.

Of course, they don't only have chicken wings, but since they are supposed to be especially good, we ordered some.

You can choose from four different levels of spiciness and probably another 30 different flavors. You can order either 6 or 10 pieces. Then there is a distinction between "with or without" bones.

Awesome place!

We brought a big appetite, which was reflected in our order. No idea who was supposed to eat the 42 ordered wings. But it doesn't matter. We gave it our all and devoured 32 pieces.

The rest is packed up and taken home. That's perfectly normal here.

Our son's housemates were happy and ate the remaining wings right away.
