Changunarayan-Temple

Towards the end of our trip together we spent a few more days in Bhaktapur.

From there we took a trip to Changu Narayan Temple. This is the oldest surviving Hindu temple in the Kathmandu Valley. It is currently assumed that the temple was built around the year 325. Due to the strong colors, which are of course regularly renewed, I think it is also a very beautiful and special temple, which is why I didn't want to withhold it from you.
