Tag 01 b - Kirkenes

The second flight from Oslo went to Kirkenes, almost in the farthest corner of Norway, very close to the Russian border. I have already been to northern Norway, but never this far out. It is interesting to see this mixture of Norwegian and Cyrillic lettering on site.

Apart from that, we naturally enjoyed enjoying the area at night in the sunshine. For the next two weeks, we will have daylight around the clock. In any case, I am very happy that our adventure together has finally started. A year of preparation and who knows how many people I have annoyed with my stories. 😉

But after being awake for about 38 hours, I fall into bed like a stone.
