Nicaragua - San Juan del Sur

What can you do in San Juan del Sur? When you come here, you can either a) go surfing, or b) party :) The beach in San Juan del Sur itself is nothing special, so it's worth visiting the surrounding beaches. We chose the Madera beach. It's perfect for learning to surf because the waves are not that big here, but unfortunately, I couldn't go surfing because I was still busy with my scrape wound. However, it's still a good place to relax and it wasn't crowded. Perfect ♡ Just finding a shady spot here is a bit difficult ;) Now let's talk about the famous 'Sunday Funday' that we didn't want to miss. It started at half past nine in the morning, buying tickets and picking up the free shirt. Yay, finally a new shirt ☆ It all started at our hostel and then continued to the other hostels for the 'Pool Crawl'. Great if you can't swim :D I still went in once and just left my 'stupid' leg outside. Don't ask me how I managed to do that and how stupid it must have looked :) It was definitely fun and should be done if you are in the area ☆
