75. Nuevo Arenal (Costa Rica)

We are now taking the bus from La Fortuna to Nuevo Arenal on Lake Arenal!

The view from our accommodation of the lake is fantastic.

At the lake itself, which is beautiful, there is not much to discover, no promenade or anything similar. The area belongs to the power plant and as they need the water, it is not allowed to open shops or restaurants there.

The place is very small, but therefore relaxed and has everything you need!

We are not very lucky with the weather. It rains a lot, it's windy and not particularly warm. So there is more time to learn Spanish, drink Margaritas,

Finally, we greet Stefan and Cindy, who probably don't read our blog... we miss the two fluffy ones very much!
