Can Tho & Gao Giong

In the sleeper bus, you sleep like a baby through the jolting 😊

I was heading towards the Mekong River and then further into the jungle in a nature reserve.

Riding the scooter through the rice fields, passing by papaya, 'mit' and banana trees, bamboo, and a huge drone. It was truly a dream. They probably use the drone for fertilizing.

My driver wanted to explain a lot to me, and I am very grateful for that. Unfortunately, I only understood half of it. But at least half! My Vietnamese is slowly improving🥳

It was also very meditative in the Gao Giong Reserve. There were hardly any tourists there. Actually a shame for such a beautiful place. But the nice lady there told me that it is mainly busy during the holidays and New Year's festival.

Although I have gotten used to the hustle and bustle of the city, nature still attracts me more. I am looking forward to the rest of my time here and will keep you updated.
