Travel day, Day 1

It's 3 o'clock in the morning. Our travel day starts early. Taxi is waiting at 4:30 to take us to the airport where we meet the rest of the group. Full of anticipation, we board the first flight to Frankfurt. Since the plane is not fully booked, Angela and Thomas get free seats. In Frankfurt, everything goes quickly and we are sitting in the B747 to SFO. Landing at 12:40 PST (21:40 MESZ). We have been traveling for 14 hours already, 10 more to go.

After landing, we picked up the car. The accommodation is great. After shopping at Walmart, we end the day, which lasted a total of 31 hours, comfortably on the terrace. The real vacation starts tomorrow.
