Today we were able to take the bus. To prevent whining, there is a rotating seating arrangement. Every 10 days, everyone has to sit somewhere else. The seats are very comfortable, everything is made as pleasant as possible: coffee, lunch or harmony break every 2 hours. The Chinese call it a harmony break (bringing oneself back into harmony. Very apt.)
The first leg took us to Lianyungang. This is one of the many satellite cities, all very, very gigantic. First, you build a huge city, then people come, more or less voluntarily. The hotel was also one of the oversized buildings for thousands of guests, although only our tour group with 24 people was accommodated there.
