Day 15 - Near Córdoba

Hey everyone!

Sorry, as we are currently traveling outside civilization, blogging is not so easy :) Our posts may be delayed by 1-2 days, but we will definitely catch up!

This morning, we had bad weather and I started feeling a bit sick after breakfast. I lay down and Kevin was so sweet to lie down next to me. Of course, we fell asleep again :) After getting a really good, long sleep, we went outside for a bit in the sun. Later on, Kevin took care of some mechanical issues, like the squeaky fan belt, and we rearranged some of our cargo. Meanwhile, I did some cleaning and tidied up the bathroom and the rest of the interior.

Once we finished everything, we continued driving to a lake near Córdoba. It's absolutely amazing here! Since the reception is so poor, I thought the blog wouldn't work, so we started with a few 'Feigling shots'. As the alcohol level rose, our adventurous spirit grew stronger :)

So, we grabbed our backpack, packed a towel, another 'Feigling', and the camera, and off we went: we crossed a ditch, jumped down and climbed up, crossed a small hill, until we arrived at a beautiful meadow by the water. That's when I said the phrase 'whoever goes further into the water', and Kevin came and carried me in :D It was sooooooo funny!!!! After our little swim, we sat on the towel and chatted for a while. Now we're back in the camper and treating ourselves to burgers for dinner (along with some potatoes that we had leftover from two days ago). Tomorrow at 9 am, my mom is landing in Seville, I'm so excited!

We still have about 1.5 hours of driving ahead of us, which means we have to wake up early tomorrow by our current standards :D

You'll find out what we have planned, but in any case, we have a week full of action ahead of us! Stay tuned ;)
