2.5. Flight to Abu Dhabi

Yesterday I flew from Tel Aviv to Abu Dhabi. The flight was delayed by 30 minutes but otherwise very pleasant. I had a whole row to myself, so I was able to catch up on some sleep. We flew over the desert first and then over some islands - I have no idea what they were, my geography is poor :))

Then I withdrew money and bought a bus card for a week. I took the bus for 20 minutes and then walked for another 30 minutes to the hotel. I didn't feel like taking a taxi - I need to save some money for Tel Aviv. There was a gas station on the way, so I stocked up on food. Then I checked in at the hotel. The room is great - the bed is amazing. It has a high, soft mattress and is 140cm wide - a big duvet and 2 pillows. Wow, it's like sleeping on a cloud :)
