Tag 8 Auch der schönste Urlaub geht zu Ende

Today is our last day and since we are flying back in the evening this time, we can take it easy.

We have a big breakfast and relax in the lounge. Then it's time to pack our bags. After our last lunch, which we enjoy in the sun, we drive towards the airport. Since we have some time, we stop by our hotel from last year and then go nearby to eat a very special kind of ice cream.

"ICE Rolls" ... I had never heard of it or seen it anywhere before. The pictures are promising and we each order a cup. Very delicious 🤤 and highly recommended for anyone who is in Rhodes.

But now it's really time to go to the airport. The rental car must be returned and we will be taken to the airport by shuttle. Drop off our bags - check in - and then it's time to say goodbye. We will start our journey back home shortly after 7 p.m.
