Foreword: It's time...

Dear Verena,

it's time - time for new stories, new impressions, new inspirations, and a new chapter in your book of life.

You have been feeling the desire to 'break free' from old structures for so long now and you yearn for the unknown and the new. We are so incredibly happy for you that you are taking the leap - despite some external resistance that had to be overcome. But it has been palpable from the beginning that you are fighting for your dream. This shows that it is what you really want. Is there a more beautiful feeling than this clarity with a clear goal in mind? When your stomach is full of butterflies and you are eagerly looking forward to the day of departure - then you are following the call of your heart.

We still love to think back to our shared road trip in Italy. It was so wonderful! It was so uncomplicated between us and you drove us safely around with your campervan.

Now Cape Town - 'The Mother City' - awaits you with its Table Mountain, warm climate, ocean breeze, white sandy beaches, and South African joie de vivre. So the complete opposite of the grayness at home. You are doing it exactly right and making use of the time that you have, which no one can take away from you.

We would love to accompany you on your adventure from afar. That's why we are providing you with a platform here where you can share pictures, stories, and experiences with us and your loved ones.
