We are on the Lofoten Islands 🥰🥳🐠

What an exciting day! After getting up at half past 1 - or rather fighting our way up - we went to the harbor in Bodø to take the ferry to Moskenes. Luckily, we bought the ticket online, because we were anything but alone 😅

The ride itself was beautiful, but unfortunately too cloudy for a dreamy sunrise by the sea. After 3 hours, we finally arrived: hello, Lofoten 🥰

First, we find a place for power napping, for our coffee and our homemade pancakes. A bit more rested and fortified, we continue towards Reine. The cute little town in the southwest consists of such lovely houses by the clear water. Before we take a closer look and refill water at a public spot, it's time for a hike: the hiking day.

We climb the Reinebringen (1,600 steps made by Sherpas) ⛰️ The trail is very short, with just about a kilometer, but incredibly exhausting as it is directly in the sun and extremely steep. But we are rewarded with a breathtaking view 😍

That was enough action for today: now let's have dinner and enjoy the sun ☀️💛
