Day 8

I took it easy today, I had a hangover. Those little beers are quite sneaky 😁 I opened the sliding door and had a great view of the bay. I stayed lying down and just chilled. I didn't drive any further today, no need to overdo it 😂 Eventually, I got up and cooked myself some lunch. I hadn't had breakfast yet, so I had lunch directly. I cooked myself pasta with pesto for the first time, and probably not the last time 🍝

After doing the dishes, I sunbathed and went swimming in the bay. Brrr 🥶 cold. I read my book and did nothing else. At 5pm, I decided to go for a bike ride. The town further south wasn't very big, so I headed back towards Le-Sables d' Olonne. I cycled along the sea and saw some other cool bays.

1 hour is enough in this heat ☀️ After 15 km, I was sweating from head to toe. There was a shower waiting for me on the bus. Awesome

There was also a cold beer waiting for me on the bus. Heavenly. Cheers 🍺 And so the evening began
