Water puppet theater

The famous Water Puppet Theater is located near Hoan Kiem Lake. Admission is only 100,000 VND, which is about 4€, and it is really worth seeing! You should also buy the ticket early enough because it is in high demand! The performance lasted 45 minutes but it flew by. It was accompanied by live music played on traditional Vietnamese instruments. Some parts were explained in English at the beginning, but during the show, only Vietnamese was spoken, which added to the atmosphere and did not disturb because the meaning of the many little stories could still be understood. The multiple performances were very varied and well thought out and executed! It was really fun!
