01.03.2019 - Strahan and surroundings

In the morning, we took a little hike to the Montezuma waterfall. It was very comfortable and the pictures we were rewarded with were amazing! You could walk over a suspension bridge to see the waterfall in all its glory. Amazing! 😬

Afterwards, we went to a sand dune... It was damn hard to climb, and then we weren't even rewarded with a nice ocean view... There was only sand! 🙄

Oh well, we had to do it.... Then we went to a beach by the ocean. It was very beautiful! I found some beautiful stones there! But it was too dangerous to swim there.

In the late afternoon, we went back to the hostel to spend a second night there. I walked around the town a bit and looked out for platypuses... But unfortunately, I didn't see any 😕
