Slowness has a name: Koh Phayam

Maybe this idleness is actually good for us here. It's just hard to get used to! :-) But in the end, besides the beach and the sea, there's really nothing going on here and I've decided to take advantage of that. No searching for the next excursion, just going to the beach in the morning, eating an ice cream in between, or taking a walk to the next swing. Enjoy the sunset at the beach bar in the evening and then go to bed early.....to be woken up by the sound of the sea in the morning.

This morning, Nora said she would like to work here....as a cook! Great, now I already know where I will always go on vacation later :-))) Maybe I should mention that Nora eats mashed potatoes with sausages here every day! And yesterday she saw someone having pizza.....so our dinner for today was directly set :-)

I haven't dared to ride a scooter yet, at least not with a child. Maybe we'll try it out. Let's see. 

By the way, we are far from mass tourism, the island is still quite original, and the beaches are mostly empty......as you can see in the pictures. And yet, we still have excellent WiFi right on the beach and even electricity in the tent :-) But no hot water, which is actually a blessing at these temperatures :-) By the way, we shower outdoors. It's fenced in so that the neighbors don't have anything to do with it, but there's no roof.
