Exploring pagodas in Bagan.

Arrived in Bagan at 2 am, even earlier than planned and had to be woken up. A man who was also on the bus took us to the city center for a fair price (I had already inquired before). The Chinese girl wanted to go to her preferred hostel, the other two went with me to the hostel I booked. It had great online reviews, but on-site it was a bit creepy, especially the sanitary facilities. Got up at 8:30 am for breakfast because it was only until 9 am. But other people also got it afterwards. Hmmm... Laid down again, but I still felt dizzy afterwards.

The girls talked to an English girl who knew about activities in Myanmar. There were sooo many things to do in this country, I was a bit overwhelmed in that moment. I had already seen sooo much in the past few months and now I'm here with so many possibilities and yet I'm not really interested in most of them. On one hand, the thought that I have to do as much as possible now, since I'm here and also paid $50 for the visa. On the other hand, if I don't even want to do it, I can't enjoy it, right?! I had to think about what I actually wanted to see and experience in this country and clear my head again.

The girls moved to a guesthouse, we met again for lunch in a vegetarian restaurant. We visited some of the 2000-6000 pagodas in the area with electric scooters (everyone tells you a different number, so no idea). Then we looked for a good spot for sunset.
