So, I still owe you some pictures from Namibia.
At Waterberg we were actually able to spot the number 3 of the Big Five, the rhinos, even up close, all 4 rhinos at once.
We ended our last days in the capital Windhoek. With an oldtimer jeep (which was really ancient) our guide showed us the not so nice parts of Windhoek, like Silvercity, where tin huts without electricity and water were built next to each other, all of course illegally. Nevertheless, we didn't feel uncomfortable, most people waved at us friendly.
We spent our last evening at the legendary Joes Beerhouse, a really great brewery with a great atmosphere and food (e.g. oryx lasagna or oryx gypsy schnitzel). Our guide said that if you haven't been to Joes Beerhouse, you haven't been to Windhoek. So, we did everything right.
But now I'm actually already sitting in my hostel in Bogota, Colombia. Basically, I was on 3 continents within 5 days. Let's see what Colombia has in store...
