Nordkapp - Stage 2

The journey began through Wetterau. Pretty hills, often with a castle on top, as seen from train and highway. It's a good place to sweat on the bike! At first, we had to look for the way a lot, which slows you down... But then at least we had the direction towards Gießen, so we could finally ride better.

In Gießen, we went right through the city, stopped at the Lahn river and watched rowers and canoeists, etc. It really became summer in an instant!

Then we took the Lahn river cycle path to Marburg, unfortunately not as close to the Lahn as the one along the Nidda river. After a C-test (a real analog one, the evidence is a copy!), and an ice cream, we arrived safely at the Marburg Sisters in Marburg-Wehrda.
