Iguazu Falls

Finally, we reach our first highlight in Brazil or Argentina - the Iguazu Falls. We spend 3 days in the small town. One day, we cross the border and go to Argentina. Here, we start our tour of the Iguazu Falls. We walk along the paths through the small jungle. Huge ants, monkeys, and coatis cross our path. We take a small boat to an island where we get very close to the masses of water. During a small lunch break, we become victims of the cheeky coatis who steal some of our sandwiches.
After the refreshment, we continue our march. We take a train to the other end of the area. Here, walkways lead out to the impressive falls. We can also observe huge fish, swarms of butterflies, and leisurely wandering iguanas.
As a finale, we have some ice cream before heading back to Brazil. We spend the evenings relaxed by the pool and enjoy the pleasant refreshment.
