Los Angeles is reeeeeeeally big! We spent most of our time driving there, which was also due to the traffic. There are no public transport options there. Everyone drives by car. But Los Angeles is a beautiful city and there is so much to see. Unfortunately, we couldn't see everything in the time we had, so I would like to go back there someday. The only thing that was really different from what I imagined were the Hollywood district and the Walk of Fame. I thought it would be totally glamorous there, with huge mansions and the rich and beautiful people walking around. But it was the complete opposite. Everything was run down and there was nothing special about it. If we hadn't known we were in the right place, we would have thought we were totally lost. I thought the Walk of Fame would be a slightly longer, but not too long stretch of road. But it was built like a '+', very long in all directions and in a very strange area. We hardly knew any of the names on the stars. But I was very impressed with Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. These were both very beautiful areas, although you couldn't see much of the houses in Beverly Hills because they were behind huge fences.
