Hello Zurich! Grüezimitenand dear Swiss people!

In advance, I was warned extensively about the country and especially this city.

'Don't go there, it's very, very expensive!'

'If you go there, be careful, it might be expensive.'

But hey, who am I to listen to well-intentioned advice.

Rubbish!

Instead, I prefer to fall completely on my face all by myself! 😂

So I'm very excited!

Although I find the accommodation just about okay for myself. I'm paying 161.42 euros for four nights in a multi-bed room.

And the youth hostel is really well organized, clean and has a great breakfast included.... and a cappuccino machine for breakfast.

But of course, 18.50 for three days in Tirana is somehow different... that's true.

It will probably be the case that I won't go to a café three times a day here.

Instead of opera, wine and sweet pastries, it's more like LIDL, Free-Walking-Tour and reading on the park bench. ..

Of course, going to the cinema once is non-negotiable and the rest of the time I'll go over to Lake Zurich and relax, very, very relaxed.

Oh yes... and I will have a very, very long breakfast... with a cappuccino machine. 👍

(They will have to drag me out of the breakfast room. 🤭)
