Day 10 - 03.06.2019 - Walk in Follonica

Since we had to go shopping and needed money, we combined it with a walk along the promenade of Follonica. Apart from that, there is not much to see here. But first we had to stop at a playground that the kids discovered immediately while searching for parking. It was huge and there was a lot to climb, swing, etc. and even a wheelchair-accessible swing and carousel. So really nice, just a little shade and therefore very hot in the sun. After walking along the promenade for a while, we took an ice cream break at an ice cream cafe called 'Pagni' right on the beach. Juliane fell asleep on time as usual and unfortunately missed out on the ice cream. We were a bit disappointed with the ice cream bowls as they were far from what the pictures showed and contained little fruit or no Rocher balls. But the ice cream still tasted good ;-)
