Trip to Texel

Let's come to our last and most beautiful trip that we made during our stay in Holland. The island of Texel! You can reach it by car ferry.
There we visited the Ecomare, a seal breeding station. You can learn interesting facts about the creatures of the North Sea and get up close to the animals. You can even touch them! While sitting at the pool edge, they swim up to you. And there were also very cute baby seals :) And we could watch the feeding of a porpoise.
Important: Ecomare only takes in sick, weak or injured animals, which are later released back into the wild.
Beach visit
After the very worthwhile visit to Ecomare, we went to the beach, spent some time there and had something to eat. If you're nearby, you should definitely take a day to visit Texel. It's worth it!
Even the first holiday comes to an end
As already mentioned, this was our last trip and therefore the end of our little vacation. We had a lot of fun and were able to relax wonderfully! Holland is always worth a visit :) It won't be the last time either ;)
