Today we have planned our next stay in Dubai and visited a few luxury hotels at Jumeirah Beach.
Madinat Jumeirah is amazing. The hotel complex is partially accessible to the public and I have never seen anything like it. An incredible facility, just enjoy the pictures.
Unfortunately, you can't get too close to the Burj al Arab. The access road is the limit.
And then we managed to make it to the beach for a short time, our feet were in the Persian Gulf.
Then we continued to the Dubai Canal, which cost us two days of intensive research and a lot of nerves. There is the Dubai Canal and the Canal Walk. The Dubai Canal is still quite new. The Canal Walk used to be called Dubai Canal, but the actual canal no longer exists. Are you confused? We were too. Especially since even most Dubai residents do not know the difference between Dubai Canal and Canal Walk and kept sending us to the place where we had already searched in vain.
But it was worth it. The evening lighting there is fantastic and when everything is finished, it will definitely be a beautiful facility.
All the skyscrapers are in Downtown Dubai. And if you wonder about the hazy sky, we suspect that Dubai will soon have a huge smog problem, if it doesn't already. The sky over Downtown is never as clear as in the rest of the city. That wasn't the case last year.
