With the speed boat from Phuket to Phi Phi Island

We will be taken to the pier by the hotel shuttle after breakfast. The journey to Phi Phi Island by ferry would take about 2 hours. We opt for the speed boat, which takes only about 1 hour. For Kori, boating is a challenge as she doesn't tolerate it very well. She is drugged with globules. This crossing was not easy as there were considerable waves and the boat kept crashing into the water. Sometimes water splashed in from the left. Our suitcases were taken to the bow of the boat, but because of these waves they kept getting closer. Kori stood up during the entire journey and knelt down with every wave. It took 1 1/2 hours until we arrived at Phi Phi Island. From here we were picked up by a small fishing boat. That was really relaxing after the hellish journey with the speed boat. We chugged along and after 20 minutes we reached "The Cove". This accommodation can only be reached by boat.
