Flatland

In Flatland we stayed for two days and absolutely had to do laundry. We were looking forward to a whole day in one place without having to drive. Bruno also finally had the opportunity to crawl and play outside. We visited the beautiful playground and went to the bathing area. There we met other Germans with a baby and exchanged some information about camping with children. Steffen and I also had the opportunity to read and relax extensively during Bruno's nap time. The laundry could dry in the long-awaited sun. In the evening we had a barbecue and had a real feast!

The area belonged to a young couple from Holland. Their 11 month old daughter was always with them. The three of them live on a farm with goats and make their own cheese. There were also some goats and even rabbits on the site. You could also watch the feeding of the animals. There were many Germans on the site, but also Dutch and a few Norwegians - all in all a very nice spot!
