Elephant Mountain Trail 2.0

It was already late to continue the journey to Beitou, with its hot springs, after visiting the National Palace Museum. Therefore, I decided to climb the stairs of the Elephant Mountain Trail again and watch the sunset over Taipei.

Challenging, but the ascent was really worth it.

The way back then led through a bright, air-conditioned and beautifully decorated underpass and a path whose surface glittered like a starry sky in the light of the street lamps. 🤩

I apologize for the many pictures of Taipei 101, the selection was difficult and the way to the viewpoint consisted of a lot of stairs. The effort should be worth it. 😅
