Wow, it was cold, 4 days in Sauerland,

My granddaughter begged so long until we finally agreed to go with her.

Actually, we wanted to go to the Moselle, but Sauerland? Why not!!

So, if you want it really fresh, go to the Hochsauerland in October. It rained like crazy. Even Waltraut refused to leave the camper van and went on a sleep strike.

If the campsite hadn't had such a great indoor pool with sauna, solarium, and the best pizzeria in the world, I would have definitely left after one day.

But when I look at the pictures, there must have been dry sections too.
