Day 3 From Toronto to Kingston

We can still make use of the last hours of the 24-hour bike rental. Great! Grab the bike and ride through the busy morning traffic to St. Lawrence Market. Had some breakfast and time is almost up. Now pick up the car. The address is quickly found, but where to go in this huge building? Asking is the easiest method - and the nice security officer tells us that his grandfather is German and takes us to the Hertz station 😊. With the car to the hotel, quickly grab the suitcases and check out. But really quickly, because parking is not allowed.

Now we continue to Kingston. In the afternoon we arrive at our next accommodation, the Motel Lord Nelson - and are immediately greeted in German by the Swiss owner. The motel is a bit outdated, but the bathroom is renovated and everything is clean. Went to town for a bit, had a delicious meal at Dianne's, and afterwards had an ice cream at the trendiest ice cream parlor, Mio Gelato. It's worth waiting in line that stretches all the way to the street - super delicious ice cream. Full and tired, back to the motel located on the outskirts.
