In the heart of Maastricht

Maastricht, the city that is also known for the same-named treaties and the oldest city in the Netherlands, invites us to a special city tour. Before that, we strengthen ourselves in the supermarket near the hotel. The weather is getting cloudy. The Meuse river winds through the city. The first highlight is the footpath over the Saint Servaas Bridge to the ticket office. The city tour takes place in an old American school bus. A small dream comes true for me. It used to bring students to school. Today it takes us through the city. Just as we got on the bus, it started to rain. The sky is being kind to us. Hopefully it will stop after the tour.
