25th June visit to Karin's friend

Went shopping twice today and earned my 10,000 steps. Leif had a friend visiting all day. In the afternoon, there were three of them. Antonia played computer games all day long. I think she only got dressed around 4 o'clock. I actually wanted to bake the delicious cake again today, but I didn't have any curd cheese. So I'll bake it tomorrow. Today we had delicious ham noodles for dinner. According to a recipe by Alexander Herrmann, a chef with a Michelin star in Nuremberg. I've eaten at his place before. I have to say, the ham noodles really tasted very good.

In the evening, we were invited to Karin's best friend Harriet. Her son had his birthday. Harriet is also a doctor and works at the hospital with Flo. They have been here in Norway for 20 years as well. When I think about it, it's true, 20 years ago we had this flood of doctors in Germany.

Many doctors went to Scandinavia.

Anyway, it was a very nice evening. First, they sang a Norwegian birthday song and then, of course, a German song afterwards.
