the last month is running..

Since last Sunday, I'm back on the farm in New Brunswick where I already spent a week in October. Not much has changed, but they have a new cat 🐈😊 It's definitely colder here than in Vancouver, but not freezing.. more like winter in Germany. It has snowed in the last few days ❄, but we have around 1°C, so the snow mostly melts. However, the house cools down quickly when the stove is not on.

For the past 2 days, the youngest of the three pigs has been living in the house, along with 7 dogs and 5 cats. The older ones chased him and bit him, and Duane (the farmer) told me that little Willie🐖 was almost killed by the other two. That's why Willie is now enjoying life indoors with us in front of the stove😄 He even listens better than the dogs and can even 'sit' - very impressive. And believe it or not, pigs are even cleaner than dogs!
