First beloved tradition:
18:00 is BBQ time
Most of the time we grill a lean juicy Porterhouse steak with herb butter per man or woman, thick onions (mild Australian) nicely golden brown roasted on our fold-out gas grill (outside the Mighty-Camper). After that, there are about 4 to infinitely many Cevapcici per man+woman.
And our special is now the:
'Sunset-Burger' with extra thick buns, Jamie Oliver patty: Mexican Style: exotic seasoned, red onion rings, baby spinach leaves (my new creation: very tender: definitely try it out!), then tomato slices, double cheese and Australian BBQ sauce (much tastier than the German) and of course grilled by the grill master: Moritz!
If you now think that something green would be nice too, then I can only quote Günter&Moritz: 'Of course, we love broccoli when it is replaced by a juicy steak just before serving.' ;-)
Yes, in this case we have adapted quite well to the Australians, whose national dish is BBQ.
Steaks and all kinds of meat are much cheaper than here. However, fruits and vegetables are often very expensive!
This allows one conclusion …
