Listen...I don't make fun of people...I mean, not those kind of people...although those kind do make it very easy from a fundamental standpoint, you know what I mean?!

The typical COPD patient, due to their choices surrounding their illness and lifestyle, is not my cup of tea 🚬

When you sit down with a hot drink of your choice, with your back against the heater and your gaze on the sea 🌊, you start wondering if the seagulls have been swallowing razor blades this morning...oh no my friend, you should get yourself checked, that doesn't sound good...oh sure, do some breathing exercises on the beach...yeah, but why right under my balcony terrace...coupled with the rattling cough of phlegm...

Yeah well, it is what it is...as a friend of humanity, I know that fleeing to the front is the solution...wrapped up warm, I hope for the longed-for silence and solitude and the sound of healthy seagulls. So, wrapped up warm and off to the west beach. Oops, what's this? Another natural catastrophe...10 or 20 mallards in a flock...but their slow plastic wings don't make pleasant sounds...ugh...let's go to the promenade...here we can pick up the pace...finally no people and a charming little house...quickly making a wish to the universe (of course, SMART, because I've been professionally tortured with it for 10 years) PAY ATTENTION you people of Föhr, you should gift me this house in 2021 because of my graceful and charming nature, and because you have realized that I, as a Föhrer, cannot be imagined away.

Alright, wonderful, that's settled, I think. And suddenly, next to me on the bike, there's a Föhrer or maybe even a Föhringer...wow, slow down my friend, you're going quite fast, I have to make an effort just to keep up. Well, I think to myself, apparently this SMART thing isn't just some project bullshit...it works.

We laugh and joke around, taking several shots and jabs at Peter Kopp - he shadows me for several meters - meanwhile, he doesn't even notice that I'm inviting myself to dinner at his woodland lodge and that I want to take his daughter's dog for a walk...when asked whether he's a Föhrer or a Föhringer, he just says: YES. 😎

Then, comes the great moment for an 83-year-old...Peter reveals himself as a connoisseur of people and says: "Listen, I can tell you a joke, even if it's a bit racy!" 👙

I don't know how he came to this conclusion 🤣 I also only find the joke semi-funny because Peter has trouble imitating the deaf-mute protagonists...because Kopp has functioning ears and a very lively mouth. Suddenly, my temporary spa buddy happily waves goodbye and tells me to come to the village and buy his homemade soap because of the dirty joke...what a rogue - I like him and he didn't have any weird noises about him! 😉
