Chapter 3: Bolivia 🇧🇴

After Arequipa in Peru, I was first in Copacabana on the Bolivian side of Lake Titicaca :) 

Here I was with Melanie and Alex, two people I met, for a day on Isla del Sol. Together, on the first day, we also had a romantic beer at the harbor and philosophized about life :D

After that, I continued to La Paz, the highest capital city in the world. And here I saw Kiki one last time before her flight to Cuba :) we ate a lot and wandered through small streets. The next day, Alex and Melanie also arrived in La Paz and we booked the Death Road together, which we were so excited about 🙈

On Wednesday, it was supposed to start, Alex and I were ready, we were picked up by a guide, but there were initial problems, but after a while, we started and drove much longer than initially announced. At some point, we arrived in the middle of nowhere and wondered where our mountain bikes were and where the Death Road starts... Well, then we realized that the wrong guide had picked us up and now we are going on a trek to Condoriri at 5300 meters 😂

Well, the trek was beautiful and now we have a dispute with two agencies about who gets the money and who doesn't 😅 it will be decided today how it goes :D but the trek was definitely worth it :)

And I will tell you what happens in the next few days in the next entry :)
