G'day.
So today it was quite adventurous. At first it started quite easily. I was allowed to see everything here.
I went to breakfast...
...and looked around the area and around our accommodation a bit.
But then my two older ones went on their first dives here on the island. And you won't believe it, they took me on the boat again! 😳
First I looked at everything from a safe distance. For example, there is a pool of fresh water on board into which the camera is placed. Before jumping into the water and again afterwards.
I don't know exactly why you do that. She's already wet after diving anyway. Well, I'm still learning.
But then it got really exciting because suddenly my oldest sat me down in the middle of the diving tanks. But then I was a little scared.
There was even something built on it that would allow you to attach the bottle to a person. I heard it is called Bissidie in English (Editor's note: BCD). I asked if there was also a German word for it. It reads “BCD”. Who or what needs to be tared? No idea.
At least my two older ones - luckily they jumped in without me - saw some exciting animals under water again. Although I think some of them look a bit scary. I'm still trying not to worry about them.
In any case, you always take so many pictures that I can't show them all here:
Why do they actually have the same name as several animals at once? Someone should know their way around.
My oldest later received a note like this from the nice Lea, the manager of the diving center:
It says something like 200 on it. It was a little bit celebratory in a way. I have no idea why.
After all the excitement, the evening sunset mood was really good for me.
I had to come down first. “Breathing helps,” my oldest said when I was really excited. That's nonsense, I thought to myself, you breathe anyway. But that's another story and should be told another time.
Bye and greetings from Travis the Buddy Bear
