Departure I through Czech villages to Prague - Monday, July 8th, 2019

The wedding dress, the rings, the accommodations, flights, documents - everything was prepared, so on Monday, July 8th, we had to wake up at 2:00 a.m. and head to the airport to PRAGUE. Philipp was so generous to accompany us and drive the car back to Dresden.

Just before Prague, the navigation system left us, causing us to miss the right exit. After that, the navigation system led us through Czech villages that no Western European car had ever crossed. Despite the planned time buffer, Andreas drove fast. Susi's stomach was protesting a lot, but there was no "Please pull over!" to slow us down... Boarding was scheduled for 5:30 a.m., and by 5 a.m., we were at the gate (also) through a small morning jog. Now nothing could go wrong, or...!?
