Goodbye, Vellore! It was nice being with you...

Well, folks...now I actually have to come up with something else today - one post per day should be enough. But I thought the stick and the ants deserved 'something special'. And in a few days it would have been cold coffee. In the meantime, I already have a list of things that I can post if there is nothing current...but I guess I have to suffer from Montezuma's revenge first...

So! The most important thing is coming now: I'm taking the day train tomorrow morning to the about 500 km distant Madurai. The journey takes about 11 hours and costs 320 Rupees ($4.70) - and it's even only the second lowest class out of 5 classes. I was on the waiting list for the train at position 29 and got the green light today. So tomorrow will be my first time traveling by train in India! Finally enjoying life to the fullest...(did I also add that;-)
