Spring (-break) is coming

Here I am again! 🙃

On Friday, we baked and decorated Easter eggs with my host family. Spring is slowly coming to us now. I am enjoying the warmer days. The highest temperature we had in the last few days was around 66.2 degrees Fahrenheit. 😍

This week, we had language and communication lessons. There were two assignments. First, we had to tell our personal life story, and then we had to prepare a topic. I chose the topic of 'forgiveness' because I believe that we should always forgive others.

On Saturday, there was a family camp. They offered horseback rides, pony rides, a trust course in the woods, a cowboy campfire, and more. We were also lucky with the weather. Of course, I walked around with my camera and took pictures. 😉 I love being a part of all the activities. It's better than staying in one place and missing out on other things. Sometimes, I also helped with pony riding, as you can see in one of the pictures. 🥰

Yesterday, I went horseback riding again. It's cool that I still get to ride every now and then, even though I'm not usually at the barn. 😅 I had some difficulties with making the decision and choosing what I wanted to do at first.

Last night, we had a girls' night. ☺️ We had good food, played games, and had great conversations. I had fruit pizza for the first time. 😂 It's a round cookie where you spread cheese cream on top and then add different fruits. You can also add whipped cream on top.

Now, it's time to go back to my little secret. In 5 days, I will be going away for two weeks! Here's a new hint: It will be in the southern direction. It's a dry and sandy place, and the environment is also the name of a dog breed. 😂 Any idea? 😜
