On January 22nd, we arrived in Luang Prabang by slow boat.
We stayed in Luang Prabang for 5 days. During those 5 days, we explored the city, met new people, visited the waterfall near the city, and went to the UXO (unexploded ordnance) Museum.
Because we stayed for a longer time compared to other cities, we had a really relaxing time in Luang Prabang. Our hostel was also very nice, located near the city center. The staff were really friendly, and the best part was the free whiskey. We decided to move on to Hanoi, Vietnam next. The only thing that bothered us was the 24-hour bus ride. The only other option was to fly, but it would have been very expensive due to the Chinese New Year on January 27th. So, we decided to take the bus.

Musste heute an Euch denken wie ihr in der Hitze schmachten müsst. Ich dagegen habe mich auf dem Sendeturm Hirnisgrinde bei eisiger Kälte und Sturm vergnügen dürfen.
