🌴Miami Beach🌞 - a real dream

After arriving around 3 o'clock today and taking a short nap, we went straight to the beach after a hearty breakfast. It's maybe a 1-minute walk from the hotel 👊

It's indescribable. Without a calendar, you would think it's July. The sun is scorching and the water is simply amazing and warm. Truly incredible. So the day is all about: 🏊🌞🌴🏊🌞🌴

My personal highlight of the trip so far is the Ocean Drive.

The atmosphere on this 1-2 km long 'street' immediately captivates me. Bar after bar lines the street. Music everywhere, good food and cocktails. Some places even have Happy Hour 😊.

Ferraris and Lamborghinis cruise down the street, while the most beautiful people, and even not so beautiful people, stroll on the sidewalk...

Palm trees and the beach on the other side of the road. All with a gentle breeze and 27 degrees. Can't get any better than that.

Each bar tries to attract customers.

So I decided to go to the Pelican. Great spare ribs and a pretty big Piña Colada (by the way, it was only medium) 😆

Miami Beach is by far the absolute highlight of my trip.

Everything is just perfect here, like in a dream. Of course, I also got sunburned.

However, the long journey was definitely worth it.

Miami Beach, I'll be back!

Tomorrow afternoon we'll continue to New Orleans by plane.
