We are fleeing from the storm to Trondheim ⛈️

On Monday, we had planned a long day of driving further north. 🚐💨 Lucky for us! Because in southern Norway and Sweden, the largest storms in 25 years were reported that day. ⛈️

Although the entire day was rainy and we could only drive a small part of the Trollstigen due to a roadblock, we were able to cover a lot of ground (again with short ferry rides and maaaany kilometers) and reached a rest area just before Trondheim.

Although there was still some rain on Tuesday, we were lucky to leave the storm behind. Trondheim itself is such a charming city with good (and expensive 🫠) food, as well as colorful houses 🏘️ We really enjoyed our time there.

In the evening, we went to a campground nearby. Finally, we could take long and hot showers, as well as do laundry.
